Yes, you can delete your account anytime. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that this action is permanent and all your data will be removed from our system.

Browse salons near you, select your preferred salon, choose a service and available time slot, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation email and SMS with all the details.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule up to 6 hours before your appointment time. Go to "My Bookings", select the appointment, and choose "Cancel" or "Reschedule". Cancellations made within 6 hours may not be eligible for refunds.

If a salon cancels your appointment, you'll receive immediate notification and a full refund. We'll also help you find alternative slots at the same or nearby salons.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days from the date of cancellation. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Absolutely! We use bank-level encryption and comply with PCI DSS standards. We never store your complete card details on our servers.
