LUSSURIA — Aesthetic Code & Aesthetic Partner Applications

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Aesthetic Code (Customer Application) and Aesthetic Partner (Business Application) operated by LUSSURIA ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing, registering, or using our applications, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Platform Role

LUSSURIA is a technology service provider that enables customers to discover salons and allows partners to manage bookings digitally.

We are not a salon, service provider, or marketplace owner of listed businesses. All services are delivered directly by the independent partner establishments.

3. Services Provided

The platform enables:

  • Digital appointment and queue booking
  • Business management tools for partners
  • Automated customer flow handling
  • Digital transaction facilitation
  • Earnings dashboard for partners
  • Notifications and booking confirmations

4. Platform Fees (Customer App)

A nominal ₹2 convenience fee per booking is charged to maintain real-time slot allocation infrastructure, transaction processing, and platform technology services.

This is a platform usage fee, not a payment for salon services.

5. Partner Subscription (Aesthetic Partner)

Partners must pay a ₹199 monthly subscription to access the platform tools. The subscription grants access to the booking management system, customer acquisition tools, earnings tracking dashboard, withdrawal functionality, and technical support.

This is a software access license, not a revenue-sharing agreement.

6. Partner Earnings Model

Partners may earn incentives of ₹2 per completed booking facilitated through the platform. Withdrawals are restricted to the equivalent of 100 completed bookings per month, subject to verification and compliance checks.

LUSSURIA reserves the right to review suspicious activity before processing withdrawals.

7. Payments

All payments are processed through authorized payment gateways in compliance with RBI regulations. LUSSURIA does not store card or banking credentials.

Users agree that successful payment confirmation constitutes authorization to provide platform access.

8. Refund & Cancellation

All refund requests are governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available at: aestheticcode.buzz/refund

By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted that policy.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes
  • Manipulate bookings or transactions
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the system
  • Provide false information
  • Misuse promotional or earning mechanisms

Violation may result in suspension without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

LUSSURIA is not responsible for:

  • Quality of services provided by partners
  • Business disputes between users and salons
  • Appointment delays or cancellations
  • Losses arising from partner misconduct

Our liability is limited to the amount paid to use the platform.

11. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Policies are violated
  • Required KYC is not completed
  • Payment abuse is suspected

12. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, workflows, and platform logic are the exclusive property of LUSSURIA and may not be copied or reused without permission.

13. Modifications to Platform

We may modify features, pricing, or policies at any time to comply with regulatory, operational, or business requirements. Continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Karnataka, Bengaluru.
